🎾 Court Management with Playtomic Manager 🎾
Seamlessly harness the power of Playtomic Manager through effective court management. Knowing how to add, edit, or delete a court at any stage is crucial. Keep in mind that once a court is set up and activated in Playtomic Manager, it becomes visible to users on the app. To ensure smooth interactions with your customers, regular updates are essential.
How to Add a Court
To add a court, navigate to "Settings" in the left-hand menu, then select "Courts":
If no courts have been created yet, the list will be empty.
To create a new Court, click on the vibrant blue button labeled "New Court" at the top right of the screen. Fill in the required information in the new window:
Name of the court
Afterward, head to the "Advanced Settings" section, where you can activate the court ("Active Court") and enable online bookings ("Bookable Online").
Optionally, provide more information by adding a description or setting up a shared court. For instance, if the court will be used for multiple sports.
How to Edit a Court
Editing a court is a breeze! Simply click on the name of a Court displayed on the list, and the same window from the previous paragraph will open up.
🚨 Don't forget to click the vibrant blu "Save" button once you've updated the information!
How to Delete a Court
As previously explained, if you wish to delete a court, simply click on the name of one of the assets provided on the list and then click on the grey basket icon at the bottom right of the screen.
