Open matches are automatically managed by Playtomic Manager and are available on all time slots of the club schedule once you have activated them 🎾
You do not have to actively create (or "launch") such matches, as this action is carried out completely and independently by the software. However, there are some actions you can perform as a manager.
If you are using Syltek as your main software, it important to remember that you will see the open matches in your schedule as below:

WHERE CAN I SEE THE OPEN MATCHES WITH OR WITHOUT PLAYERS?
You need to use the filters at the top right to see the different options:
HOW TO CANCEL AN OPEN MATCH THAT IS CLOSED?
This action needs to be performed exclusively from Playtomic Manager:
Go to Matches>click on the Match
Click on the 3 dots next to the game and then on “Cancel”:
The system will ask you to confirm this action:
If you click on “Cancel” all players will be automatically refunded in the same payment method used to enroll (if it was by card, it can take 2-10 business days, if this was with a Club Wallet, the refund will be instantaneous)
HOW TO REMOVE A PLAYER
1️⃣ If a match is not closed, the player can remove themselves from the app
2️⃣ If the match is closed, we ask players to request this directly to Clubs (you), so it is up to you if there is enough time to find more players
To remove a player, please follow these steps:
Go to Matches>click on the Match
Click on the 3 dots next to the name of the player to be removed and then click on “Remove participant”:
Do not forget to click on “Save” to keep the changes:
HOW TO ASSIGN A COURT TO A CERTAIN MATCH
The system automatically assign an available court in the schedule only when the number of players and the time of the match is approaching. However, you can make this manually if necessary:
Go to Matches>click on the Match
Select using the filter "with players" or "without players"
Click on +Add court:
Click on "Confirm":
This action will book the court in the schedule despite there is no players enrolled:
