Payment from players 💰

  • Each team needs to pay just one up-front fee when they enroll a League in the Playtomic App

  • Managers have to set up the price for the whole team when creating the League

  • Players do not have to pay for each match, and only the main player known as “captain” can pay for the whole team when enrolling the League:

Refunds 💸

When a League is cancelled, all teams will be automatically refunded in the same method of payment they used to sign in.

🚨 Keep in mind that removing a player will not process an individual refund

Please advise all users that refunds take between 2 and 10 business days to arrive, depending on each player's bank.

Billing for Clubs 🎾

Playtomic will pay Clubs on the last fortnight of the month within the enrollment end date. For example, if you set up the enrollment end date on the 21sth of November, we will pay you for the inscriptions on the 1st of December (which belongs to the payout period from 16th to the 30th of November):
