From the user categories listing (Customers > Categories) the manager can:
Enable a disabled user category: by clicking on the status drop-down and changing the status from Disabled to Enabled
Disable a enabled user category: by clicking on the status drop-down and changing the status from Enabled to Disabled, but pay attention, because the action will unassigned the members already in from this category
