1️⃣ Color Customization

Introducing new customizable color options for your Schedule, allowing you to personalize its appearance to suit your style and preferences, enhancing its visual appeal and user-friendliness.

2️⃣ Easily view detailed information about new bookings at a glance

In each booking, you'll find a color code and icons representing occupied schedule slots, along with the booking title, start and end times, a black chip for unpaid or partially paid status, a black dot for notes, and a coach photo for certain classes; additional information like booking type, event name (for recurring bookings), coach presence, participant details, payment status, and a striped background for unpaid or partially paid bookings is available via hover.

3️⃣ Store Module (not available with Basic plan) - COMING SOON!

Products & Point of Sale MVP: Setting up and organizing products by predefined categories has never been easier. Streamline on-site sales using the Point of Sale tab, track sales, and access sales history effortlessly.

4️⃣ Recurring Series Automatic Price Calculation

The app now offers an automatic price calculation feature when making reservations, taking into account any additional services or features you select. You also have the option to split payments, making expense sharing with friends or colleagues more convenient.

5️⃣Monthly Courses via the App

With the new improvement, now courses set up with monthly recurring payment, you can offer them through the app to enrol directly and automate their payment.

This way you ensure that there will be no more monthly academy debts as the system will automate the payments every month.

6️⃣ Allow players to cancel their enrollment in a course from the app

By default, this option is turned off. However, there is a new feature in the Academy that allows administrators to enable it, granting players the ability to unsubscribe from the app, with the option to set a specific time in advance.

Furthermore, when a player unsubscribes online, it will trigger a notification to the coach, and the club has the option to activate notifications for the admin as well, if desired.

7️⃣Add My Partner (App)

Players can now enhance their experience by including their partner or friend in their bookings through the "Add My Partner" feature. This ensures that both individuals can enjoy the benefits of our services together
