Add participant to an open match

Managers can also easily add players to a match in Playtomic Manager desktop or Playtomic Manager mobile.

In order to do this:

  1. Click on the match from the Schedule

  2. Click on "Add participant"

  3. Choose the payment method (Pay in the app or Pay with Wallet)

When players are added by the manager, they will receive a push notification on their phone and then they will be able to settle their fee online directly from the Playtomic app.

If the player does not pay his/her fee online, the system will generate a debt against him/her which will prevent him/her from using the app until they pay their debt.

In Playtomic matches there is no possibility to pay the fee at the club, but only by credit card or Wallet. Therefore, the manager and the other participants will always be assured of the presence of every registered player.

Remove a player from the open match

To easily remove a player from a match:

  1. Go to the match from the Schedule

  2. Click on the 3 dots next to the name of the player and press Remove participant

IMPORTANT:

If the player you want to remove, has been added and paid for by another player using the “Add my partner feature”, then you will be removing and refunding both participants. A warning will be shown before you can continue.
