Cancellation policy for Players
Players can cancel their spot in a public match until 24 hours before the match.
Outside of the cancelation policy (less than 24 hours from the start of the match) players will not be able to cancel their spot, so if they are outside the cancellation policy, they will need to contact the Club directly, so you will decide how to proceed.
If they need to replace a player in a public match but it can't be done via app because there is less than 24 hours from the start of the match, they will need to contact the club directly.
When the match is automatically canceled
The match is automatically cancelled in the following cases:
0 Players - 5 hours before kickoff
1 Player - 4 hours before kick-off
2 Players - 2 hours before kick-off
3 Players - 1 hour before kick-off

How can you cancel the match through the Schedule
Find the match in the Schedule
Click on the slot to open it
click on the grey trash bin located on the bottom right corner:
Then you will see the following message to confirm the cancellation:
How to cancel a match through the Matches Section
Go to Matches
Click on the filter icon and select Played/In progress and then choose the date of the match.
Click on the 3 dots on the right-hand side and select cancel or open the match and click the rubbish bin icon in the bottom right corner.
Remember that once you cancel a match, players will be automatically refunded
