Before going live, here there is a quick summary about the actions that should be performed by Clubs to be ready and go live:
Subscription plan chosen
Stripe account created
Billing information completed
All courts and prices created
Opening hours and images added
Up-to-date contact information
If the above information has not been completed, a warning will be shown at the top of your Playtomic Manager screen and it will advise you about the information that is needed in order to proceed.
Once all is completed, the Playtomic Customer Care Team will make the Club visible within the app and the website.
We will contact you in Playtomic Manager's chat to confirm the correct fulfillment of the process and share relevant materials so you can communicate with players about the benefits linked to use the Playtomic app.
