As you know, every time a new reservation or a cancellation of a court is placed, the program automatically sends the client an email / SMS with the confirmation / cancellation of the reservation that has been placed to the email / mobile phone that it has in its file . (Depending on the communications you have established in the program)
If you want to block this type of communications so that you do not receive this email / SMS confirmation / cancellation of reservation when you place the reservations from administration, you must go to the menu indicated below

In the reservations menu, you must tick the field "Do not send confirmation/cancellation email"

Important Note: This action only blocks the confirmations of reservations made from the administration, when the client reserves online they will receive them.
