In this article we will teach you how to make a Reservation Cancellation.
The steps to follow are:
Step 1: Click on the reservation you want to cancel with the left button.
Step 2: In the pop-up window that comes out there are 2 options: Cancel Without charges and Cancel With charges. (That depends on the club's decision)
In case the reservation was already paid, you would have to click on: Cancel and return amount, here it is important to know what it is associated with, (if we go to Settings - Center and in the Reservations section - in the Returns bonus field We can see it) so that at the time of returning the amount to the customer, either to that type of associated bonus or in the same form of payment that has been made, or Cancel With charges, which means that you will be charged but not you fill not refund the amount.
