All the texts of the automatic communications sent from the program (booking confirmation, cancellation, tournament registration, etc) can be modified and customized by your Club. These texts can be found in the menu from Settings/Custom email and SMS templates:

The program will show a list of all the templates that already exist for sending automatic communications whether they are by email or by sms.

🚨 The sms option have been deactivated and it is no longer in use 🚨

📢 Important note: in all templates you will find text that appears in square brackets [...]. This data should NEVER be modified or deleted as the program will fill it with the corresponding data depending on each template.

If what you have is an html code with your own design for the communication, including it in the template is very simple:

1️⃣ Click on edit in the template you want to modify.

2️⃣ Place the cursor in the text box of the template.

3️⃣ Click on the html icon

4️⃣ Delete all the text that is in the html box and paste the new text.

5️⃣ Click on Send.

6️⃣ View the template and modify the html content if necessary by clicking on the html button in point 3.

📢 Important note: remember to include in your new template design the words in square brackets [...] in the original template in order to be able to send the corresponding information to the customers.

Example of what could be a new booking communication design. As you can see the text includes [name], [hour] and [resource] that will indicate the customer's name, date, time of the reservation and the sport in which the reservation was made:
