Send an email to a client
This action can be performed:
From within the client file in the main tab by clicking the Send/Send email button.
From the list of active clients selecting the client to whom you want to send the email and clicking the Send/Send email button.
A screen like the one below will appear in which the subject will be placed and in the message field the email will be written.
Another option is to choose one of the email templates created for predefined emails such as newsletters.
Send an email to several clients or to the entire database
How to send an email to several clients or to the entire database:
Go to the list of active clients (Clients, Active Clients).
Use the filters to get the group of people to whom you want to send the email. If you want to send to the entire database, no filters will be applied here.
Select the results.
Click on Send, Send email.
A screen like the one below will appear in which you need to enter the subject and in the message field the email will be written.

Once the email is written, click send.
Attach an image or file to an email
When sending an email it is possible to attach a file or image. Use the following steps:
Once the screen to send an email is open, write the message you want to send to the client/s.
Place the text cursor in the position where you would like to place the image.
Click on Insert as image or file.
4. A window will appear with all of the files and images that are uploaded in the program.
If the image/file you want to use is in this list, click on Insert as link or Insert as image of that file.
If the image/file is not in the list, click the Select file button and look for it on the PC. Then press send.
5. Click on the Send button.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The size of the images being attached should not be larger than 500kb.
