Putting a generic customer by default in the POS so that it appears whenever you are going to make a sale from the POS is very useful, for example when the center has a bar or cafeteria and the owner who makes the consumption is a guest.
To put a default customer on the POS:
Create a generic client: unknown, counted client, etc.
Go to Configuration / Center to the POS section.
In the Default customer field, search for and select the customer that we have previously created.
Save the changes
