We are thrilled to announce an exciting enhancement that will revolutionize your experience with Playtomic Manager – the Kids Academy.

The new section called "Family Members," under a customer profile offers you the possibility of adding kids to your Academy courses and link it to their parents for enrollment, payment management, and much more.

Creating a new family member

  • Go to the customer profile from main menu Customers, click on the selected customer and a new window will open with a fourth option called "Family members":

  • Click on the blue bottom "Add family member":

  • Type manually the name of the new family member (recommendable to add their age). Do not forget to click on "Save" when done to keep the changes:

💡 A customer profile is NOT created when you add a new family member. You will have to search by the name of the main member of the family.

Enrolling in Courses

Once the new family member is set up, you can enroll him/her in a course.

  • Go to the main menu Academy, click on Courses and then on the chosen one

  • Click on Participants and then on the blue bottom "Add participant"

IMPORTANT: search for the main user's name. When found, select him/her and then tick the option called "Add a family member" ✔️. Finally choose the specific family member:

  • Click on Save to keep the changes made!

Payments management from the App (only players)


For courses with a recurring monthly payment option, the main account holder can make payments for family members through the app. However, one-time payment courses cannot be processed within the app.

Within the app, the main account holder can check courses and courses lessons. This information is accessible in the "Classes - My classes" section, where a filter allows the display of only courses.

In each course, you can see if this new family member enrollment is paid or not:

But remember that all the payment information is registered and linked to the main customer, who assumes responsibility for the financial aspects. This ensures a clear and organized payment process, with the ability to review payment history via the payment list:
