If you haven't seen the announcement yet, AirCourts has joined Playtomic, and the product will be discontinued on December 4, 2023. Our partner clubs can access their Playtomic account by following the steps below. Our team is committed to ensuring a smooth transition from AirCourts to Playtomic.

If you are accessing it for the first time, the first step is to set a password. Select the "Forgot your password?".

Enter your email and click on "Reset password."
​

You will receive an email with instructions to set your password. After completing this step, you can log in with your email and the password you just set.

To activate the partnership plan and access the features of the Playtomic Manager, you should follow the steps indicated in the progress bar at the top of the screen.

To streamline your work, some information has already been entered by the AirCourts team. In less than 15 minutes, you'll be able to make all the necessary configurations for your club to go online on Playtomic.

0️⃣ Click on "Confirm General Information" and verify that the club's data is correct > Next.

⚠️ You should always click on "Next" (bottom right corner) to proceed to the next step. If you click "Save and exit," you will need to start the process again by clicking the button on the top progress bar.

1️⃣ Images: You can add or delete pictures of the fields and the club.
​

2️⃣ Contact Information: Fill in the club's contact details.
​

3️⃣ Club Description: You can edit your club's description.
​

4️⃣ Reservation Limits: Set rules for online reservations.
​

5️⃣ Billing Information: Fill in the required fields with your company's data.
​

6️⃣ Stripe Integration: Follow the instructions from Playtomic Manager to connect to Stripe.

⚠️ This step is mandatory for all clubs.
​
Ps.: Clubs that already have online payments on AirCourts will need to maintain the same payment method on Playtomic.

Click on "Next" to create a new Stripe Connect Express account.
​
⚠️ The Stripe Connect Express account is different from what you use on AirCourts, so all clubs will need to create a new account.
​

7️⃣ After entering all the required information to create your Stripe account, return to Playtomic Manager to choose the most suitable partnership plan for your club.

❌ Do not choose the Master plan, as it will be discontinued soon.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: When entering payment details, apply the discount code to enjoy 2 free months after the migration date. This discount code can be found in the WA message with instructions on how to set up your club.

8️⃣ Marketing Permissions: To complete the activation process for your club, you can enable/disable marketing permissions > Next.
​

9️⃣ Playtomic <> Vendus Integration: This step should be considered only by clubs using Vendus integration to issue invoices from Playtomic Manager.
​
Settings > Integrations > Connect new > Vendus > Associate your Vendus account with Playtomic Manager.
​

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You should use the same Vendus account you have integrated with AirCourts.
​

🔟 Create the access for other administrators: Grant access to Playtomic Manager for other employees of your club.
​
Settings > Edit administrators > New administrator.
​

🚨 You should accept or decline marketing permissions and accept Playtomic's terms of use. The process will be completed when the message "Review in progress. Club with pending activation" appears.
