HOW TO CREATE A PUBLIC CLASS
To create a new lesson, please follow these steps:
Go to Academy on the main left menu
In the Public Classes tab, click on the blue button + Add Public Class
Fill up the compulsory information:
4. Click on Create to save all the changes!
🚨 When a new lesson is created, it doesn't show in the Schedule, so you have to book the court first. You can do this by creating a fake profile.
*NOTE: We are working on this feature, so it will be automatically synchronized on the system in the future.
HOW TO ADD A PLAYER MANUALLY
Once you have created a lesson, players will be able to see it and register in the App.
If needed, you can also add players manually:
Go to Lessons on the main left menu
Click on the name of the Lesson
Next to Details, there is a new screen called Manage players
You can manually search for the player, as shown below, and add him/her clicking on the name
HOW TO EDIT A CLASS
Go to Academy on the main left menu
Click on the name of the Class
Make the changes needed
Click on the green button Update to save the changes!
HOW TO CANCEL A CLASS
Go to Academy on the main left menu
Click on the name of the Class previously created
Click on the grey trash icon at the bottom right:
🚨 A Class is not automatically cancelled if it doesn't reach the minimum number of players registered in, you have to cancel it manually on the system.
HOW TO ADD A COACH TO A CLASS
This can be done, at the moment, from the Schedule only, creating a manual reservation and then selecting the Coach:
🎾 Classes are only available for Padel and Tennis
🎾 Payments with Club Wallet is not available for classes
🎾 The Class does not expire, or it is cancelled for not reaching the minimum of players. It needs to be done manually.
🎾 They need to be created individually. No option to create a recurring class, but you can use the start and end date to indicate the length.
🎾 It allows players to sign up out of the level, as the level information added when creating a class, is only informative
🎾 There is no chat option for classes. To communicate with the players already registered, you can click on Manage Players, and check the player's phone number and email address.
🎾 There are no logs or a reservation history for Classes
