In this section we will see all the possibilities offered by Playtomic Manager to send communications to your Customers.

Public match registration message

The message below is received when a player joins a public match. It is important to remember that players might play in diffirent venues so it is essential we can provide useful information about the Club, for example: parking information, locker rooms or additional services offered (i.e. racket rental).

To create this message, go to Settings> Venue> Communication:

*Click on any point of the white box to modify the message

⚠️ Remember to click the green button Save Updates at the bottom of the page in order not to lose all the changes.

Booking Confirmation E-mail

Very similar to the previous one, but in this case the message will be displayed after a customer has made an online reservation. Each Club has the option to set up a certain message for a specific Court.

To create this message, go to Settings> Venue> Communication:

  • Click on New Court Selection

  • Click on the name of the Court or on the item All Courts, a box named Booking confirmation email message will appear

  • If you want to delete a message, click on the name and then on the grey basket icon on the right of the screen:

Communication Language

In this very last section, you can customize the language of the communication to the players who recieved the two messages explained above. Please remember that the e-mail received by the player contains information that is automatically completed, for example: name, date and hour of the match, location, payment Information, etc. ( in order to provide them a summary of the booking )

You can currently select eleven different options, including English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.

⚠️ Remember to click the button Save Updates at the bottom of the page in order not to lose all the changes.
