When to use a timed price
A Timed price could be a solution for the summertime or vacation periods when a discount could be used as an incentive to attract more reservations. Or for example, if your Club is located in an area with high tourism, you can take advantage of rising prices within the peak season in order to adjust to the increasing demand.
Go to Settings > Prices and select on +New Price.
When creating the new price, select the option called Timed price to enable this functionality. The system will require you to fill out three new fields such as: the name of temporary price (ex. Summer Price), the start and the end date:
The other fields in the pop out window should be completed as seen in previous articles.
When you set up a timed price, it will appear in the Pricing List together with normal prices. Timed prices can also be set for specific days of the week or courts within the Club, just as it is with normal pricing.
🚨Remember that the timed price will be applied exclusively for the time slot you select.
Example: Club with 90-minute blocks and Opening times 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., if the timed price entered for a holiday is from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., the app will still offer the slot from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and the slot from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (for which there is a normal price that overlaps with the temporary price) unless you proceed to enter a closing for those two time slots.
